Villa Tirta Nila

Tirta Nila’s living and dining room is furnished with comfy sofas and a table for ten; it has sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors on two walls, which can be opened wide to invite the garden and the sea breezes inside or closed for air-conditioned comfort. Adjacent to the kitchen is a modern well-equipped kitchen, which guests are free to use, and hidden behind this is a full service kitchen, laundry and staff area. Also on the ground floor is a TV room furnished with a cosy sofa and equipped with air-conditioning and a 55-inch TV and Blu-ray DVD player.

The four bedrooms (two upstairs, two downstairs) are almost equal in size and facilities, which makes this villa ideal for groups of friends as well as for families. Each features sea views, a balcony or terrace, a plush king-sized bed (one of which can be converted to twin beds), and an ensuite bathroom. The upstairs master suite has the additional luxury of a bathtub, while the two downstairs suites both have the choice of two showers – an indoor rain shower or an outdoor rain shower hidden within a private garden courtyard. 

Tirta Nila’s large and gorgeous garden is bordered by palms and edged with trailing vines, frangipanis and red hibiscus. A flat lawn dotted with stepping stones borders the villa’s terraces and 15m pool, complete with its timber deck. The lush grass extends past a sandy man-made beach, which doubles as a volleyball court, to an open-sided dining pavilion with a table for ten, elevated above the waves. A relaxation bale pavilion rests at one corner of the sand, while a stone, seafront terrace stretches the full width of the property, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas and blessed with spellbinding views of the spectacular coastline and Nusa Penida Island. From here steps lead down into the water.
