Stepping through the Ironwood doors onto Villa Soham’s entrance terrace, the ocean vista that greets guests is an arresting sight; rest assured, you get to enjoy the view from nearly every room in this magnificent home! On this level, there’s an alfresco dining terrace to one side (behind which is the professional kitchen as well as guest cloakroom).  To the other is the huge air-conditioned living pavilion, with formal dining area and butler’s pantry, and separate media room.

Beyond the comfortably upholstered seating, glazed doors slide open onto a huge deck lined where guests can start the morning with a yoga session, or simply soak up the stupendous ocean views and sea breeze from the bench seating that lines the deck.  From here, a spiral staircase leads down to the garden level, where the spacious master bedroom and two guest bedrooms – all with fabulous bathrooms – open onto individual ironwood decks edging a lotus pond.  Two further guest bedrooms occupy an upper level wing, above dining terrace.  All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, extensive wardrobe space, 42-inch cable TVs.

Across the lawn, at one end of the 22-metre swimming pool, is the entertainment balé with chill-out modular seating, kitchenette and barbecue area, and those killer ocean views.  Discreetly tucked away below are the sauna, steam room and massage room, and a large well-equipped gym (shared with the neighboring Villa Hamsa) opening onto a cliff-edge garden.
