Villa Mana is defined by its open living spaces, private enclaves and sweeping views. From the moment you walk through the villa’s tall wooden gates, you are enshrined in privacy and greeted with a breathtaking view of the lush rice paddies beyond.
On the ground floor of the villa are five bedrooms, an entertainment room and a study as well as an open-sided well-equipped modern kitchen and huge living space that flows from the middle of the house out towards the pool and then on around each end of it. Oversized sofas beneath soaring ceilings look very much at home in the central sitting area and offer plenty of comfort even if the villa is full. To one side is a long dining table for 12 whilst outside on the decked wooden pool terrace, you will find another dining table for 12, circular loungers, sunbeds and some other seating areas.
The five bedrooms on the ground floor are spacious and air-conditioned, replete with cupboards, electronic safes and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that lead onto either the pool terrace or rear garden. Three of the bedrooms (including a pool-view master) feature king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, whilst the twin-bedded room and kids' bunk room share a huge bathroom across the corridor. Each bathroom features cement-moulded washbasins and bathtubs, rain showers and a tropical, outside-in design.
The large entertainment room with satellite TV/DVD player, projector screen, sound system and toy box, is conveniently located opposite the twin-bedded room and the bunk bedroom.
A floating staircase leads from the rear of the kitchen to the roof terrace, which is furnished with circular cushioned loungers, a dining table with bench seating for 12 and a cushioned corner sitting area with pergola roof. Off this terrace are two identical air-conditioned master bedrooms with king-sized beds, sliding glass doors, a cushioned screen wall in black and gold silk, and ensuite bathrooms with centre-island cement-moulded washbasins, Japanese suar-wood bathtubs, mirrored wardrobes and rain showers.
Also on the top floor is an air-conditioned study with a leather sofa, LCD TV, a desk, sliding glass doors and a gigantic beanbag.
