Villa Issi comprises a two-storey building, a self-contained guesthouse, a gym/massage room and a swimming pool within a walled garden. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors throughout can be opened to the terraces, balcony and pool deck or closed for air-conditioned comfort.
Forming the heart of the house, the dining room is furnished with a table for 12, while the adjacent feature kitchen brings flair to the cooking place in black wood and stainless steel, with a central countertop, oven, five-burner hob, state-of-the-art Boretti fridge, and top-of-the-range tapware. A service kitchen is tucked away out of sight at the entrance to the villa.
The spacious, elegant living room introduces large black sofas, a pair of black leather chairs, and a 55-inch satellite-channel TV/DVD player.
On the upper floor, the air-conditioned master bedroom continues the black and white theme with white walls, black drapes, and conceptual artwork. Facing the king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, complete with DVD player, appears from a white cabinet at the press of a button. This spacious suite is complemented by a walk-in dressing room and a bathroom fitted with a soaking tub, twin washbasins, and two walk-in monsoon showers, one indoors and one outdoors. The air-conditioned study bedroom next door is furnished with a wall desk, a king-size bed, and a 32-inch TV. A large dressing room is located behind, while the ensuite bathroom presents a monsoon shower. A balcony-veranda wraps around two sides of the upper floor and bridges the swimming pool to form a deck for relaxation, parties and sunset cocktails.
The single-storey guest pavilion presents two more air-conditioned bedrooms each with a king-size bed and a 32-inch TV/DVD player. Walk-through dressing rooms lead to the garden bathrooms, each fitted with a monsoon shower under a pergola roof, a soaking tub and twin washbasins.
A stand-alone gym and massage room is well-equipped with a treadmill, a pilates power machine and fitball, plus a 32-inch TV, and adjoining shower room. The garden is filled with flowering trees, ancient frangipanis, and a stunning 25m swimming pool, bordered by an ironwood deck, furnished with aluminium sunloungers and beanbags. A covered outdoor area houses a barbecue and solid wood table with bench seating.
