Villa Asada is spread over two double-storey buildings that wrap around an 18m pool. The villa is entered via a huge first-floor living and dining room, featuring two sitting areas, a dining table for twelve and a large open kitchen. Glass patio doors over two metres high offer great views and fold back for access to a wide terrace, which is  perfect for breakfast, and furnished with a table for six, as well as some lazy chairs and stools.

The ground floor of this building, accessed by two staircases, presents two queen-bedded rooms each with ensuite bathrooms with separate baths and showers. An air-conditioned living room, furnished with a sofa, armchair and beanbags, and equipped with a 55-inch satellite-channel TV, DVD player and surround-sound, books, games and DVDs, sits between the bedrooms. A wall of floor-to-ceiling glass doors slides open to the timber pool deck where there is a more informal dining set up with an alfresco dining table for ten – great for a poolside barbecue – as well as a sitting area with two cushioned sofas and a coffee table.  Adjacent to this is a large and well-stocked bar, sheltered by a roof and flanked by six bar stools.

The garden is perfect for a small wedding, flat velvety lawns stretch to a low wall topped with colourful bougainvillea and the picture is completed with a backdrop of the sea, Nusa Penida island, and lots of nautical activity between. A stone sun deck sports eight sunbeds sheltered by umbrellas, and a bale relaxation pavilion rests on an elevated lawn overlooking the view.

The annex building houses the two master bedrooms, one on each floor, joined to the main house by covered walkways. The ground floor bedroom opens out onto the pool and gardens whilst the first floor enjoys a spacious balcony. Each is equipped with a 46-inch satellite channel TV and DVD player. Marble bathrooms with separate shower stalls, oversized bathtubs, as well as walk-in dressing areas complete each suite. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Finally a large air-conditioned gym is situated out of sight, and equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike and a weight machine.
