The social hub of Villa Grand Cliff Ungasan is at pool level. Here, a large, glass-fronted living and dining room opens onto a sheltered terrace, the 20m swimming pool and a pool deck furnished with sunbeds, against the backdrop of a glorious ocean view. A dining table for 12 dominates one side of the room, and is perfect for a social dinner in the comfort of the air-conditioned interior. Alternatively, you can dine under the stars on the breezy pool terrace where another table for 12 beckons. This multi-function indoor and outdoor space is wired for sound with top-quality indoor and outdoor speakers.  Back indoors, the living area features a bar flanked by high chairs. Also in this area is a comfy segmented sofa positioned around a large international-channel TV and Blu-ray player. 

On the upper floor, each of the two master suites is equipped with a TV, a walk-through dressing room, and an office area with a desk. Ocean-ogling views can be enjoyed from the king-size beds and the private balconies. Each master is adjoined by a stylish bathroom with a tub and rain shower. Next to one of these suites is a sitting area and a queen-size bedroom with a TV, private bathroom with rain shower and private balcony; this room is ideal for children but also suitable for a couple. Guests can also enjoy the facility of a billiard table on the upper floor atrium.

The sleeping arrangements on the lower floor also work well for families. Of the two rooms on this floor, one is furnished with a queen-size bed and the other with twin beds. Each has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. The twin bedroom is equipped with a TV, while guests in the queen-bedded room can enjoy the extravagance of the adjacent cinema room as well as being able to step directly into the alfresco jacuzzi tub on the timber deck outside. An extension of this deck is furnished with sunbeds next to a large relaxation gazebo with cushioned seating.

Also on the lower floor is a home cinema with La-Z-Boy reclining chairs, soundproofed walls and a bar table. It is equipped with surround sound; a Nintendo Wii; a Blu-ray DVD player, international TV channels, and a huge projector screen.
