The Layar’s 11 three-bedroom villas flaunt the same striking architectural design features as the others in the 23-villa enclave.  As well as being defined by their sweeping roof lines, these villas are arranged over several levels, adding extra interest.  Welcoming semi-open-air living and dining rooms fan out from raised platforms alongside the kitchens and then merge seamlessly to pool decks and gardens.

The three bedroom suites are all furnished with king-size beds, are very private, and have their own outdoor spaces – either a deck, terrace or garden bathroom.  The bedrooms lie off the main living areas behind statement walls of stone or via well-screened entrances set at an angle or on different levels.  The spacious master bedrooms come with glamorous bathrooms with large bathtub, shower, double basins and a private garden.  The guest bedrooms are just as enticing and secluded, with equally gorgeous indoor/outdoor bathrooms, many also featuring their own private garden areas.

The light-flooded living and dining areas form the heart of the villas.  Handsome furniture sits atop acid-washed marble floors that flow from the edge of the pools to raised areas of polished Merbau-wood opening onto well-equipped kitchens.  Four of the three-bedroom villas also boast a mezzanine level media room.

Only a few footsteps from the living areas, jacuzzis (in all but one of the three bedroom villas) and shallow areas of the generous swimming pools make refreshing spots to chat and relax, while sun seekers can stretch out on the pool deck loungers and enjoy the sights and sounds of the gorgeous gardens that surround each villa.
