West facing and set on a gently sloping terraced hillside, all rooms at The Iman Villa have lovely rice field views, revealed through glass doors which slide back to create semi-open air living.  In keeping with its very modern design, bedrooms and living areas are fitted with the latest audio-visual equipment, while hand-picked antiques and artefacts give ethnic flavour.

Entrance is through a foyer in the main building which leads to a bright and sunny guest kitchen with island bar incorporating pizza oven. Wood panels neatly conceal the sleekest of kitchen appliances.  A magnificent spiral staircase leads up to the master bedroom and the first guest bedroom. These, in common with all five of the air-conditioned bedrooms at The Iman Villa, have king-size beds, built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers.

The master bedroom opens on to the expansive rooftop terrace furnished with outdoor lounge suite and stone jacuzzi.  There are lovely views from the generous ensuite, which also boasts a free-standing tub.  The neighbouring bedroom is suitable for children or adults and shares the same view and rooftop access.  A third bedroom downstairs opens onto the lawn; the bathtub in its ensuite overlooks a courtyard garden.  In the adjoining entertainment room is a snooker table and large corner lounge suite piled with cushions – perfect for watching movies on the large plasma screen.

The atmospheric open-sided living pavilion, with 12-seat dining table and long wooden bar with bar stools, is further equipped with iMac computer, iPod dock and Bose speakers.  A sunken lounge lined with built-in sofas that surround coffee tables on rollers and face another large TV, creates a decadent chill out zone overlooking the swimming and wading pools, where four loungers shaded by sunbrellas furnish a stone deck.

The guesthouse situated in the lower gardens comprises a semi-open-air living area with sofa, square dining table and small kitchen.  The two bedrooms here (one with a king bed convertible to twins) both open onto the garden.  The slightly larger second bedroom features an alcove with a daybed that could sleep a child and has a tub in its ensuite bathroom as well as the shower.
