A Stone staircase leads up to Villa Adenium’s open-plan living and dining area with teak dining table for eight, shimmering shell lamps, sideboard with tropical flowers and, rather quirkily, a foosball table.  The well-equipped kitchen has black granite counters and wall fittings including an oven and microwave.  Modern artwork in earthy, muted colours adorns the smooth white walls of the living room, which is furnished with corner suite, funky orange rocking chair, wooden coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV/DVD player, iPod dock and Bose sound system.  Shelves contain decorative knick knacks and a small selection of books.  The Kids playroom is stacked with beanbags, Xbox, lego, DVD’s, and toys.  All ground floor rooms overlook the pool, including a cosy outdoor shaded seating area with sofas, and rattan table for four.  Stepping stones lead to the outdoor garden shower fringed by foliage, and there is a white pebbled terrace at the back with barbecue and outdoor table for eight shaded by frangipani trees.

The four stylish bedrooms are all air conditioned and feature polished teak floorboards, glass sliding doors, king-size beds (one convertible to twin), iPod docks, storage chests and TV/ DVD players (except the ground floor master suite).  Walk-through dressing rooms lead to cream -tiled ensuite bathrooms with marble floors, wall lamps, black granite counters and rain showers.  The ground floor master suite overlooks the pool and has a pale colour scheme, glass-topped desk, wall mirror, cosy armchair, and ensuite bathtub.  The upper floor master is a little larger and additionally features a chaise longue, bed finished in leather, telescope and jacuzzi bathtub.  The twin-bedded guest room is accessorised with blue patterned bed linen and colourful Buddha portraits on the wall and, with its two extra trundle beds, is suitable for children.  The fourth bedroom is distinguished with red cushions, a cowhide arm chair and a bright picture above the bed.

The massive basement has a bar area with ping pong table, and comfortable lounge with billiard table, corner suite, vibrant paintings, TV/DVD Player and iPod dock.  The serene massage room has two spa beds, terracotta feature wall and Balinese statues, while the gym is equipped with weights, cross trainer and punching bag.
