Seseh Beach Villa II presents a symmetrical two-storey main building with six bedrooms, including a kids’ bunk room, a living room, dining room and kitchen.  Outside is an alfresco dining pavilion, a 16m pool, relaxation pavilion and garden with a large lawn space.

The villa is entered via the spacious air-conditioned living room with two comfortable sitting areas, one of which is oriented around a 65-inch TV/DVD player.  At the opposite end is a bar flanked by high chairs.  Floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto a sheltered terrace overlooking the pool and garden can be opened fully for those who wish to embrace a tropical-style living experience.  

The two master suites are situated upstairs, each offering a glimpse of the sea from its four-poster queen-size bed and adjoining balcony.  The three guest bedrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) are furnished with king-size beds – one of which can be converted to twins.  Each bedroom has a dressing area and an air-conditioned ensuite bathroom with bathtub for two, and a walk-in monsoon shower.  The downstairs guestroom also has an outdoor shower.  Glass doors in the upstairs guestrooms open to a communal balcony, while the downstairs guestroom has a garden terrace.  Also located on the ground floor of the villa, the air-conditioned kids’ room has been designed for both sleep and play.  Beanbags fill the floor, while the walls are fitted with bunk beds for four; this room is adjoined by a terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a rainshower.  All bedrooms, including the kids’ room, are equipped with a 39-inch satellite-channel TV. 

The villa’s indoor dining room, furnished with a table for 14, is situated next to a fully equipped professional kitchen.  Guests have the choice of dining in air-conditioned comfort or opening the glass doors to the garden. 

Situated to one side of the pool, the dining pavilion, furnished with a table for 12, offers an informal semi-alfresco dining experience within the sound of the sea.  Two washrooms are conveniently positioned behind.  

The 16-metre swimming pool has a timber deck furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and is situated next to a large bale relaxation pavilion.  Planted with flowering shrubs, trees and tall bamboo, the garden has a flat lawn ideal for weddings and events.  A garden doorway links the property with Seseh Beach Villa I.
