Entering the villa on the middle level, you’ll find an expansive living room integrating a sunny breakfast table, a formal dining table, and a well-equipped guest kitchen, behind which is a professional service kitchen. The living area is furnished with a huge sofa, and a 65-inch international-channel TV. The provision of Wifi and an iPad allows access to Spotify and a world of music that can be played through indoor and poolside speakers. Glass doors can be closed for air-conditioned comfort or opened to sea breezes.

Also on this level is a twin bedroom and ensuite bathroom fitted with a rain shower. Outside is a true infinity swimming pool, where the 16-metre pool edge runs parallel with the horizon, merging with the blue waters of the sea. Punctuated with frangipani trees, and flanked by paved pathways and small areas of grass, a broad timber deck wraps around three sides of the pool, completed with a jacuzzi, a large bale relaxation pavilion and an alfresco living/dining area furnished with an all-weather sofa and chairs, another dining table and a gas barbecue. A pergola roof provides shelter and shade if required.

The upper floor of the villa is dominated by a huge atrium-like living space, capped with a pitched glass roof that channels and diffuses the bright sunlight. Here, a pair of elevated built-in daybeds double as extra beds (at extra cost). Two more bedrooms are situated on this level with two more on the lowest floor. All four of these generously sized rooms are furnished with king beds, with a four-poster in the Honeymoon Suite. Each has an ensuite bathroom fitted with a monsoon shower and an oversized tub (with a jacuzzi tub in the Honeymoon Suite).

The lower floor is also home to a fabulous games room, equipped with a billiard table and a bar. A mirrored wall duplicates the magnificent ocean panorama, while bar tables and chairs extend onto an open-air balcony. The games room also comprises a cosy home theatre, equipped with a 65-inch international-channel TV, surround sound, karaoke and Playstation 4. More luxurious facilities, including a wood-panelled spa room with two massage beds, an infrared sauna and a well-equipped gym, complete this floor.
