Villa Amy comprises three single-storey pavilions within a beautiful three-level water garden with a waterfall-fed swimming pool.  This is flanked by an antique daybed, which rests upon four large river rocks under a thatched roof to provide a relaxation pavilion.

The open-sided living and dining pavilion sits between the pool deck and an ornamental pond (complete with firebowl). Cooled by fans, it is built around the ornately-carved teakwood tiers of an antique joglo structure, the sitting area is furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table, and the dining area with a table for 14.  The adjacent, self-contained kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, hob, and refrigerator. 

Positioned at the highest level and with a private terrace presiding over the pool, the master suite incorporates a sitting area furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and desk.  A king-bed is built into the centre of the room with a dressing area behind.  Under a pergola roof covered in flowering thunbergia, the semi-open-air bathroom is fitted with a rain shower and a river-rock bathtub with a couch to one side.  Sharing the same building as the master suite, complete with its own private terrace, is another bedroom furnished with twin beds.  The indoor/outdoor bathroom is fitted with a walk-in rain shower, and an open-air river-rock bathtub.  Another bedroom (also with private terrace) is situated at the lower level of the garden, with a king-bed built into the core of another antique joglo.  A cushioned window seat offers a place to doze and a desk offers a place to work.  The room has a walk-in dressing room and ensuite bathroom fitted with a rain shower and a river-rock garden bathtub.  Each bedroom is equipped with a safe, a satellite-channel TV/DVD player, and an iPod dock.  All rooms are linked by a covered walkway – its alcoves and walls filled with photographs, paintings and antique artefacts.

Shared facilities at Dea Villas include: Dea Spa, with massage room, outdoor treatment area, sauna, jacuzzi and showers; a fully-equipped, air-conditioned gym, and a children’s playground with sandpit, Wendy house, swings and slides. Here, parents can relax on cushions within an antique balé while they watch over their kids.
