Villa Bayu Gita’s lounge is furnished with three comfy sofas and fitted with sliding glass doors for a tropical living experience.  A guest kitchen lies between the lounge and the formal indoor dining room (seating 14), and a full service kitchen is hidden out of sight.  On the lower ground level is the large, excellently equipped gym, and next to this is a games room with a bar, pool table and darts board, and a home cinema with ten La-Z-Boy reclining seats arranged in two tiers to face an 80-inch screen.

Beyond the lounge, four wide steps lead down to an 18 x 8-metre swimming pool, bordered on two sides by stone and timber sundecks, and furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, a large sofa, and a high table with four high chairs.  The villa’s outdoor space is made private by high walls on either side while, immediately beyond the sea wall to the front, lie the beach and ocean.  The open-sided beachfront pavilion incorporates a bar, a dining area that can accommodate up to 14 guests and a lounge area furnished with a large, all-weather sofa and coffee table.

Screened from the main property by a low wall are two air-conditioned master suites, each with its own private plunge pool and deck, and private sitting room with satellite-channel TV/DVD player.  Bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and adjoined by bathrooms fitted with a double rainshower and a bathtub.  The front master bedroom has an additional outdoor shower and also boasts glorious sea views.

The four air-conditioned suites in the two-storey guest bedroom pavilion (two up, two down) are each equipped with a satellite-channel TV/DVD player; three have private balconies or terraces, two have king-size beds and two have twin beds that convert to kings.  Each has an ensuite bathroom with a rainshower, and two have bathtubs as well.
